First of all: thank you for your visit and interest in my shop!

I opened my Etsy shop to have a diversion from grey everyday life. So this shop is my hobby, my baby and I wish to keep it as pleasant and fun as possible - for myself and for the customer.
I WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH THE ITEM YOU BUY!

I am a big fan of re-using packaging. More for environmental than for cost reasons. I woll NOT send you your item in a shabby old box or bag, but please do not be surprised if you receive it in a packaging that has nothing to do with my shop. (Example: I have an optician friend that has loads of little cartons from glasses/sunglasses (quite posh ones actually) and you might receive your item in one of those.)

Accepted payment methods

Paypal

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

Via Paypal.
Cancellation and full refund possible if the item has not been shipped yet!

Shipping

Items ship Monday to Saturday. I will ship your order within 3 days of receiving payment unless it is a custom order, then please allow 1 week, though I normally finish before that.

Also, although it sounds a bit funny, but there is the possibility of a strike -It is after all FRANCE- and shipment might get delayed. I will message you in such a case, but please understand that these are circumstances that I cannot influence.

Additional policies and FAQs

My orders are created in a pet-free and smoke-free home. I can do custom orders, just convo me!
Lovely gift wrapping in the style of my shop is available upon request for a very small extra fee. Or, for free, I can include a simple note to the recipient if it is someone other than the purchaser.

The south of France is known for it's rich smells of Lavender, pine, thyme, rosemary (herbs de Provence) and I am more than happy to add some little twigs to your package....for the full sensation of having purchased an item from France :D
But as I know that some people might be allergic to it - it is not standard.
If you want me to add something....just let me know, my garden is full and it is of cause for free!
